Virtuoso Travel Week 2022

As part of a more significant brand refresh, the event design for travel leader Virtuoso's iconic Travel Week, Gala Dinner, held annually at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, was an opportunity to bring the newly relaunched brand positioning to life. While travel lay waiting to reopen post-pandemic, we helped to lead Virtuoso Travel through a comprehensive brand charette and series of workshops.

During this time, we helped facilitate a focused view of travel once the world reopened and how Virtuoso Travel would continue to be a relevant leader in this category.

It was important for the event's design to reflect those primary brand attributes we had outlined during discovery. Virtuoso was and remains a portal to the world, reflecting world views and whose core belief rests in how it connects people, place, and the planet. These ideals were reflected in the Gala Dinner event, where guests entered through a shimmering portal and stepped into a space enveloped in blue light and a sea of candlelight. Radiant blue was selected for the event as it’s both soothing and energizing. A canopy of twirling mirrored panels created a kaleidoscope effect, reflecting the panoply of light, entertainment, and the movement of guests during the evening's event. Table-scaping infused with bespoke details not common to a Vegas event, like candlelight, linen, and custom-crafted floral arrangements. These details punctuate the personal touch indicative of the Virtuoso brand.
