A long-time client; Luxcom was launching a new development located in SW Miami and they wanted to redefine the master-planned community. Mosaic, an estate home community located featured 3 architectural styles and a whopping 50 floorplans. The design called for an organized system to help sales agents and homebuyers navigate this exciting but complex product offering.

The brand mark and brand system simplified an otherwise very complex product line by creating a distinct colorway for each architectural style.

The focus of the Mosaic brand was to differentiate based on choice and style; Your life. Your Style. This was reflected in the sales gallery design which included elegant glass floorplan displays, lifestyle imagery and a touch screen tabletop customer experience that resulted in a personal preference profile.
SOCIAL + DIGITAL MARKETING
Social media and digital marketing optimization for maximum lead results was an important part of the marketing budget. With a tight budget to work with, the team crafted a series of videos that were used successfully in view-to-retarget campaigns, resulting in over 100k views in the first three months and generating thousands of new leads at an ROI of under $2.59 CPL.
