With Mosaic, a community featuring 3 architectural styles and 50 floor plans a product nomenclature that helped to simplify the selling of this complex real estate offering was needed. The sales gallery and selection center was designed to include an interactive touch screen experience that captured customer preferences, and an easy to navigate color selection process using coded displays.
